The UAFP Energy Toolkit supports the development of tailored solutions for each region – taking into account its resources, needs and infrastructure – and enables the scaling-up of new generation capacity.

The Agri-Food Toolkit is based on regional specialisation and the development of processing, the bio-economy and higher value-added production, with the private sector playing a key role in the structural transformation of the agri-food sector and the development of rural regions.

The Defence Toolkit is a practical instrument that helps defence companies develop joint projects with European partners and integrate into the EU–Ukraine defence ecosystem. The Toolkit opens opportunities for joint production, R&D, the inclusion of Ukraine’s defence industry in supply chains and joint procurement mechanisms – including within the EDIP and SAFE programmes – drawing on Ukraine’s combat experience and rapid innovation cycles.
