About UAFP

Ukraine Facility Platform is the environment where government, business, experts, and civil society work together to drive Ukraine’s transformation. Our goal is to build a state grounded in the values of freedom as choice, personal self-realization, trust, inclusiveness, equality of opportunity, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Established by two non-governmental organizations: Center for Human Capital,  Institute of Global Transformation.

Personal development
02
Inclusive institutions
03
The power of innovation
04
Equal access to technology and resources

01
Bringing our vision to life by welcoming and joining efforts with people sharing our values.
02
Enabling Ukraine to make a quantum leap in development by leveraging opportunities from the EU integration and war-related accelerating factors.
03
Transforming society’s cultural patterns by translating pillar values into practice and positive experiences.
04
Changing the country bottom-up by empowering community transformation through cooperation and project development.
The 4-pillar approach enables the possibility to design long-term framework strategy, that can serve as a solid basis for the drafting of future development of the country.
01
Policies
We design and advocate forward-looking policies that establish stable rules, build up trust, strengthen institutional resilience, and foster long-term orientation. These policies reflect EU rules, stakeholder interests, current institutional constraints and available human and financial resources.
02
Projects
We identify and champion high-impact initiatives that drive economic growth, unleash underutilized resources, and serve as scalable models for national and regional replication.
03
People4State
We cultivate an efficient network of ethical, like-minded individuals. By investing in their development we are creating a values-driven community capable of leading Ukraine’s transformation from within.
04
Society Buy-In
We actively engage with the public mindset to test narratives, shape perceptions, and build up cultural support for reforms and large-scale projects.
