Our goal is to support the economic development and resilience of Ukraine’s regions. UAFP helps local communities assess their economic strengths and prepare projects that private businesses are ready to invest in — and that international partners are willing to finance.
The Collaborative Effort Toolkit
It is a practical instrument developed by UAFP that converts the shared interests of communities, business, government and international partners into real projects that are attractive to banks and investors. Its application strengthens energy resilience and regional economic growth and supports Ukraine’s integration into European markets.

The UAFP Energy Toolkit is a practical mechanism for strengthening the energy resilience of regions. It helps local communities, based on an assessment of needs and resources, to develop financial and legal cooperation models with private business for the deployment of new generation capacity built on a mix of renewable and balancing technologies.
Agri-Food
The UAFP Agri-Food Toolkit is a mechanism that helps local communities stimulate economic growth by shifting from raw-material exports to local production and processing. Based on an assessment of regional potential, we develop cooperation models with private business to establish processing, bio-economy and dual-use manufacturing facilities.
