Toolkit for public officials

The UAFP Energy Toolkit supports public institutions in shaping policies and regulations for the development of a decentralized energy system in Ukraine, strengthening its resilience and driving regional economic growth. The Toolkit enables the state to create conditions for cooperation between local communities and private business in launching and scaling new energy projects, forming an institutional basis for energy market transformation and alignment with EU rules.

The UAFP Agri-Food Toolkit supports public institutions in shaping policies for integrating Ukraine’s agri-food sector into the European economic space, in line with the logic of the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy. The Toolkit helps create conditions for cooperation between local communities, agribusiness and investors in developing processing, the bio-economy and higher value-added production, contributing to the structural transformation of the sector, regional economic growth and strengthened food security in both Ukraine and Europe.

The UAFP Defence Toolkit helps public institutions enable the conditions for Ukraine’s integration into the European system of defence and security. The Toolkit opens opportunities for establishing joint defence enterprises and R&D projects with European partners, developing integrated supply chains and joint procurement mechanisms, drawing on Ukraine’s combat experience and rapid innovation cycles.
